Canvas Jobs (course import/export, SIS imports, Blueprint syncs, Grade posting) are processing slowly for some users
Some users are experiencing errors when interacting with SCORM packages.
Due to an incident impacting our external service provider (Salesforce), we are currently experiencing issues with our Instructure Support communication channels.
