Ranked by uptime

The most reliable cloud hosting providers

The clouds that apps and websites run on, from AWS and Google Cloud to Vercel and Netlify, ranked by how much they actually go down. Every figure comes from each app’s own status page.

Upstash leads right now, with no reported problem at all in the last 90 days. AWS and Turso come next.

Uptime is the share of time without a major outage. Problem-free is the share of time without any reported problem. Both come from each app's own status page over the last 90 days, or as much of that as its record covers. Apps with less than 14 days of record are listed last, unranked.

How the ranking works

Apps are ranked first by uptime, the share of time without a major outage. Ties go to the app with more time free of any reported problem, then to the one with fewer problems. Every figure comes from the app’s own status page, so no app can pay to move up, and the ranking changes by itself as new problems are reported. See how Appys checks apps.

Some status pages only keep their last few weeks of problems, so each app’s record shows how many days it covers. Percentages make records of different lengths fair to compare, and every record grows to the full 90 days as Appys keeps reading.

What the figures can’t tell you

A status page only shows what a company chooses to report. Small problems, or ones that hit only some users, sometimes never get posted, so treat these figures as the least that went wrong, not the most. If an app isn’t working for you right now, see what’s down right now.
