- See whether you can still open what you were working on. Many tools keep working offline and sync changes later.

- Check which part is affected. ClickUp splits its status into 22 parts, listed under What ClickUp reports on above, so a problem in one may not touch the ones you use.
- Keep a note of anything you change while it’s down, so you can check it synced properly afterwards.
- Don’t make the same change twice: edits can show up twice once the app catches up.
- For urgent work, share what you need by email or another tool until it’s back.
- Keep this page open: the status changes by itself when ClickUp posts the fix, so there’s no need to keep refreshing.
