Is Help Scout safe to use?

Facts from its own public records, checked every day.

Fake emails in its name: Not blocked. helpscout.com watches for fake emails but doesn't ask inboxes to block them, so fakes can still arrive. Check your own domain with LeadLamp
Secure connection: Yes. Its website certificate is valid until 9 Apr 2027 (issued by Amazon).
Security contact: Not published. We didn't find a security.txt file telling researchers where to report problems. Many apps use their help pages instead.
