  • Meta Profiles Disconnecting

    We’re investigating an increase in Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook Ads profiles being disconnected due to Meta invalidating access tokens. Affected users may see a disconnected profile notification in Sprout and via email. To restore access, the user who originally connected the profile should log in to Facebook or Meta Business Suite and follow any prompts, then reconnect the profile in Sprout.
