- Don’t repeat a payment or transfer that seemed to fail. Check your account first: outages can delay confirmations, and you could pay twice.
- Card payments and cash machines often keep working even when an app is down.
- For anything urgent or worrying, contact QuickBooks through its official help pages, never through links in messages you weren’t expecting.
