- Check your account another way, such as the website instead of the app, before you try a payment again.

- Don’t repeat a payment or transfer that seemed to fail. Check your account first: outages can delay confirmations, and you could pay twice.
- Card payments and cash machines often keep working even when an app is down.
- For anything urgent or worrying, contact Deel through its official help pages, never through links in messages you weren’t expecting.
- Keep this page open: the status changes by itself when Deel posts the fix, so there’s no need to keep refreshing.

Money apps and payment services usually go down after updates, at the busiest times such as payday and big sales, or when a bank or card network they rely on has problems.
